Icing Impression mats are great for rolled fondant, gumpaste, and buttercream. Design extends to the edge, making it easy to use on the sides of cakes (for buttercream) or to make a continuous design (with fondant or buttercream)
Instructions for use on Fondant, Gumpaste, or Rolled Icing:
-ice cake, cookies, cupcake (whatever yo are decorating) with Icing
-Roll out fondant to desired size and thickness on a silicone mat
-lightly spray and lay mat over rolled icing
-firmly roll over mat with rolling pin
-remove mat, cut design needed, and lay in place
Instructions for use on buttercream icing:
-ice cake, cookies, cupcake (whatever yo are decorating) with Icing
-allow to crust over (about 15 minutes)
-lay impression mat over crusted icing and gently roll over the mat with a rolling pin
HAND WASH ONLY. WASH AND DRY THOROUGHLY BEFORE USE.
